    Default Resources

I've noticed that Rosa at times posts interesting eBooks or academic papers in digital format she finds and I thought it would be a good idea to have them all in one place. You can download them and put them on your e-reader, which comes in handy. Make sure though that you don't post links to 'pirate' sites because that may cause legal issues for the site. Only use links to eBooks that are available through Google search. I think that'll ensure that there won't be any legal issues. If I'm wrong, feel free to remove the thread or the link in question!

To be, or not to be, that is the question: Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer,
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles, And by opposing end them.

You should be able to sticky it...if you can't figure out how maybe Demo can help.

When there's a decent amount posted and I have the time I'll order them by category, first general categories like history, philosophy, economics etc., and then more specific like analytic philosophy, continental philosophy, social history, etc.

The problem with the Libcom and Revleft archives is that they're either strictly limited to leftist sources, and within that category only those that are deemed 'appropriate' are mentioned, or the 'classics' like Aristotle. Other works are either intentionally left out because they're considered ideologically unfitting (stuff like Rawls), or simply because they're unaware of their existence. So yeah, it'd be good to have a bibliography of academic eBooks/papers that are relevant in general, and not just from one point of view.

These are two general resources that come to mind currently. I know that there are some more, but I can't remember them at the moment.

I just updated the OP. Can an admin sticky this? And also change the title of the thread to: Academic Publications, or something else that is more suitable.

Nice. Thomas Reid's Inquiry should probably be moved from Analytic to Classics. He was a contemporary of Hume's.

The link to Max Weber, Authority and Rationality isn't complete and needs to be fixed, otherwise it seems as if I have a lot of reading to do .
